- Lots of disturbing sexual content throughout the film. Every sex scene has almost full nudity (surprisingly, the film does not show any pubic regions, but it does show everything else).
- Several women are forcibly stripped and restrained against their will, then beaten and raped repeatedly, including the main character.
Violence & Gore

- Violence is comical, but very brutal and bloody. Shootouts occur often; the participants receive wounds with blood literally gushing out in a somewhat comical fashion.
- A trio of police officers have their faces slashed briefly before two characters make their escape.
- A man is shot dead in the opening scene and falls into a pool of water.
- Two naked women fight, ending with one of them slashing the other woman's neck before stabbing her in the throat and tossing her into a tub full of water.
- Women are brutally beaten and raped throughout the film, and are sometimes cuffed to an object so that they are helpless.
- A man is shot, stabbed by a throwing knife, severely burned by an explosion, and then brutally throat-slashed by a chain in the finale.
- A man is beaten over the head with a glass bottle until it breaks and leaves shards stuck in his head. Blood spurts from his head in a comical fashion, though the scene itself is very dramatic.
- When a man's girlfriend is being attacked by rapists, he himself is stabbed and beaten to death by the attackers when he attempts to save her.
- A man is blasted through the stomach twice by a double-barrel shotgun at close range.
- A man is assassinated by a silenced revolver at close range.
- A man is tortured by having his hand crushed in a vise and his stomach badly burned by a blowtorch. He also has a hose shoved in his mouth and chokes on water.
- The violence is very extreme and gritty. This movie is also not for the faint of heart.

- The film is extremely intense, with numerous women being constantly raped, beaten, and humiliated. Many viewers may find the violence and rape unsettling as acts of violence occur nonstop. Even today, it would most likely receive an NC-17 by the MPAA.

- A house full of people is taken hostage by the antagonists and are tied up, raped, beaten and are later abandoned as the house burns down--their screams can be heard from outside. Nudity is present throughout this sequence.
