I flicked to this on TV expecting a glitzy documentary showing all the great things about being a "pro" wrestler. Instead I was treated to an incredibly thought-provoking year-in-the-life-of look at one of the WWF's most popular wrestlers, and the shocking demise of the man's career in the WWF thanks mainly to the one person that put him there in the first place. Also I was surprised what a likeable person Bret Hart turns out to be. Although, we only are ever shown the one side of the story.

Truth behind the best their was, the best their is, the best their ever will be

See how Vinny Mac screwed The hitman. Better than "beyond the mat." I can't see why Vince is willing to screw over someone who is willing to go as far as Bret was. This is a story of tradgy. A story of a man who just wanted to stick to his word, but just didn't like where wrestling was going. If you want to know the truth, you must watch this movie.
