Sex & Nudity

  • Two of the main characters are porn-stars in real life although surprisingly there is only one brief scene of topless nudity.
  • The top of a mans bum is seen for a second or two.

Violence & Gore

  • Although some of the violence in the film is gory, it is done in a funny and childish manor, and often is done with fake looking effects that sometimes look like they might have been done on MS Paint so most people shouldn't find it too gory.
  • At the start of the film a man is tied to an operating table, he is electrocuted (not gory), stabbed with a overly sized injection, his belly is cut open, all his guts are pulled out and then his skull attached to his spine is also pulled out through his belly.
  • A teenage girl watches a DVD, in the cartoon the following violent things happen; A bird is shot, a girls foot is bitten of by a monkey, a girl is hit with an axe, a Policeman is blown up by dynamite and a girls neck is snapped.
  • A woman's back is cut open and her spine is ripped out, she is then used as a puppet.
  • A man's head is cut off with a giant pair of plastic scissors.
  • A man is killed with a giant pizza cutter offscreen.
  • A man laughs so hard that some of his veins in his face pop and he chokes up his brain.
  • A man is tied to a chair, he is scalped and the top of his skull is cut off. Dr. Carnage then tickles and pokes his brain which makes him laugh.
  • A policeman eats a doughnut with dynamite in it which blows him up.
  • Max Assassin smashes a bottle over a woman's head.
  • A woman is sawed in half.
  • A woman has a fist fight with Max Assassin.
  • The woman then stamps on Max Assassin's head which explodes causing brain matter to fly out.
  • After a brief fight, a woman cuts Dr. Carnage's head in half with a giant axe.

Profanity

  • In one scene Cindy says 'I'll kick your arse" but apart from that there is no swearing.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some teenagers are seen drinking a small amount of alcohol in once scene.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In spite of the film's gore and violence, it so poorly done and all of the effects look so fake that it is unintentionally hilarious more than scary, especially because of the shoddy production values.
  • There is no scary scenes in the film, young children may find one or two scenes slightly intense though.
  • Some of the gore scenes, mainly the scalping scene may be found a bit squeamish by some viewers.
  • One scene is set in hell and Satan is seen which may be disapproved by strongly religious people or be found scary by very young children although to be fair in this film, Satan seems pretty friendly and chatty (as he is supposed to be a cartoon character).
