Jezebelle steals the movie
movieman_kev6 February 2004
Taylor Kent (Julia Kruis), an upstart fashion designer, who seems to be headed for the big time with her new lingerie line, feels hurts after she finds out Austin, the top fashion mogul, that she leaves her boyfriend for is only using her to get her designs. So when Austin's girlfriend comes into the picture they hatch a plan to get even with Austin & his henchwoman/ lingerie model, Britt (Jezebelle). This movie moves at a brisk pace and the girls are good-looking enough (Jezebelle being my pick of the ladies, not because her birthday is just one month to the day of mine, but I just felt she was the sexiest, most energetic and most natural). I've seen WAY worse soft-core films then this!

My "Skin flick" Grade: B-

The Goods: 9 sex scenes ( 7 M/F, 1 M/F/F, 1 self love in bath)

One thing I Learned from the film: lingerie models are very VERY fragile

What can I say, it was pretty good.....B+
Smooth B20 December 2003
Warning: Spoilers
When "Exposed" first started, I thought it was just going to be another softcore flick, but I was pleasantly surprised just how good the story was. In fact, the "Story" grade helped this film out greatly. Spoilers abound, read only if you want the details.

We begin with Taylor Kent (Julia Kruis), a new fashion designer eager to release her first lingerie line. She's also quite a bed-hopper; she sleeps with 4 different guys--and one woman--during the film. She happens to meet Austin Riley (Samuel Iam; okay, I can't pass this one up. Sam I Am, Mr. Green Eggs & Ham), a world famous designer who seems to be suffering from a dry spell lately. Enter Taylor's new, innovative designs. He's got a spy in Taylor's studio, a model named Britt Campbell (Jezebelle Bond, definitely a porn star's name) who's been supplying him with photos of her designs. Taking advantage of his close relationship with Taylor and his informant, he steals Taylor's work and calls it his own. Nobody's going to believe it's not his, he rationalizes, because he's famous and Taylor's a nobody.

To Taylor's surprise, Austin has a girlfriend, Angelle Taylor (Amy Lindsay, using Leah Riley as an alias). Angelle confronts Taylor at her apartment. Both women suddenly realize Austin's playing both of them and decide to get even. Angelle discovers the remarkable resemblance between Taylor's work and Austin's; after two long years of nothing, suddenly Austin's working nonstop and Angelle has no idea why....now she does. Taylor and Angelle team up to find out who's giving Taylor's ideas to Austin and stop him before the big fashion show that's coming up very soon. Both women continue to sleep with him, of course--after all, they don't want Austin to know they're on to him, and it's a softcore flick, so they pretty much have to if they want to keep the audience interested.

After Austin's informant, and Taylor's star model, comes up missing, the story begins to progress nicely. Of course, there's still plenty of sex scenes (including one to begin and end the movie), and they were pretty good. Taylor and Angelle have a three-way with Austin's trusty assistant, wearing him out in the process. This allows Taylor to sneak into Austin's studio and steal the layouts. This forces Austin to come looking for them, and you know what's gonna happen next....Austin comes into Taylor's apartment and tries to smother her with a pillow before getting caught. He's led away in cuffs, story over, Taylor has sex with the nice cop who helped her out, fade to black. Now that's how softcore should be done. Not quite a Skinemax Top 10 selection, but pretty close. A solid, tapeworthy effort.

Women: B+ (Julia Kruis looked pretty good, and her many sex scenes give the audience plenty of chances to sample her merchandise. Amy Lindsay can still bring it when she has to, and she did with her performance in this flick. She's a Skinemax 2nd Teamer for a reason, folks. Jezebelle Bond has a nice body; she was right up there with the rest of the girls in that department.)

Sex: B (Solid sex scenes, with a good variety of positions and hair tossing. Some of the moaning was canned, however, so I had to take off some points there. Julia opened and closed the movie with a sex scene in virtually the same position, so I'll take off half a grade for that as well. Amy's sex scenes were nice, just about what I expected from her. At least Jezebelle's scenes didn't have canned noise...it actually looked like those screams were coming out of her mouth.)

Story: A- (For a softcore movie, the story was about as well-developed as one could hope. We had some backstabbing, women teaming up to take down a common enemy, plenty of sex scenes--in fact, about one every 5 minutes or so--and a satisfying ending. Austin's assistant may want to rethink his career path though....that was acting? Outside of his sex scene, he was downright pathetic.)

Overall: B+ (A solid softcore movie, one that I enjoyed watching. These reviews are a pleasure to write when a film delivers the goods, and this one did. It's nice to see Amy Lindsay can still "bring it" in the sex scene department. I thought she was done doing these films, but seeing her in Bikini Airways and this film shows me she's still got some simulated sex scenes left in her. "Exposed" is not quite an "A" film, but it's pretty close.)
