I used to know the guys who made this video, (Brett and Shane) and when I saw it on VH1 the other day, I was truly touched. I just had a baby myself and to see the way they made such a dedication without being too sappy was a beautiful thing. Congratulations and keep up the great work. PS - I miss you!

Very touching

It brought a tear to my eye. It was very sweet to see Mr. Michaels doing "regular" things with his young daughter and his own family when he was a tyke. Raine's a cutie, too! Oh, the song was great as well. I showed the video to my son, and pointed out the car and the missing teeth. :-) He's 16 and driving, so I try to scare him into driving safely. I think this video will be something that an older Miss Raine will look at in the future and recall (or not, she IS very young) those times with her daddy. The video seems to be very personal, and I'm honored that Mr. Michaels felt open enough to share his feelings with the viewers. It must be tough to be constantly on display, but this video doesn't make it seem like he feels that way.

I am a huge Poison/80's rock fan. No, I do not drive a Camaro nor do I sport a mullet - I just love the music from that era. Saying all that, I always get nervous when a band member from a monster band breaks away to do their own thing. I saw "Raine" on the enhanced CD/DVD I bought of Bret's new album and have seen the video on VH1 regularly. I absolutely love it! What a tribute, (to Bret's daughter, Raine and his father who served in one of the wars). I really think they did a great job on this and it truly has an original look and feel.
