Sex & Nudity

Shaun & Liz kiss several times, but only a brief 'peck' on the lips.

Ed jokes about 'eating out' Shaun's mother.

Ed talks about one woman and gives her a back story of being the first inter-racial porn star. He makes several hand gestures to explain what he's talking about.

Zombie Pete is completely naked, however his genitalia are always obscured by something in the way of shot or are simply not in shot. They are never seen.

Violence & Gore

In a comedic fashion, the two main characters throw random objects at zombies in an attempt to stop them. These include vinyl records, furniture, and landscaping supplies. The only true violence in this scene is when a record breaks over a zombie's face, leaving a large chunk of it stuck in its eye.

Two men beat down zombies with a paddle and a shovel. We see blood spray around and on them as they do this.

A man is grabbed by zombies and pulled throw a window. His shirt is ripped and then his chest and stomach are ripped open by the zombies. We see him start throwing up blood and the zombies start pulling out his intestines and organs. In the climax of this scene, they eat his insides and then proceed to rip his body to pieces.

A zombie is shot through the head with a rifle. We see the bullet enter through his eye socket, causing his eye to explode and then see it exit in a huge bloody mess out the back of his head, causing blood and brain matter to rain down on the man he was attacking.

Profanity

77 F-words and its derivatives, 1 obscene hand gesture, 1 sexual reference, 4 scatological terms, 8 anatomical terms, 12 mild obscenities, 1 derogatory term for Africans, 11 religious exclamations.

Many scenes including the opening and almost the entire third act are set within a pub. Alocohol is drunk casually and made reference to several times.

Reference is made to Ed's character being a drug dealer and people smoking cannabis at university briefly.

Pete mistakes the zombies for 'crack-head's' and Phillp mistakes them for 'drug-nuts'. Shaun & Ed believe the first few zombies they encounter to be drunks.

Shaun bumps into his old friend Yvonne near the start, it's played for a 'jump scare'.

A scene involving a zombies hand reaching out of the shower for Shaun is played for 'jump scares'.

Shaun et al walk into another group and it's played for 'jump-scares'.

The entire film has an idea of impending doom as zombies take over the Earth and eat people alive. Especially as the characters hide out in the pub in the last act.

Shaun must shoot his zombie mother.

David is ripped to pieces and eaten alive.
