We see the cover of a pornographic magazine (bare breasts are visible). A bare-chested man lies on a bed next to a woman (no sex is shown or implied). A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. A man and a woman are forced to lift their tops (their abdomens are visible, as well as part of the woman's bra). A man and woman kiss and lie in bed together to sleep. A man and a woman kiss, and a husband and wife hug. A man talks about someone keeping a child in a house in order to have sex with it. A man talks about another man marrying a prostitute. A comment is made about the size of a man's endowment.

A man is shot in the head and neck three times, he stumbles down stairs and we see a lot of blood and more spurting. A man with a gun enters a house, finds a dead man on the floor (he has a bloody bullet wound on his chest), a woman who's in the house fires a gun at the man, he shoots her in the chest, he enters a room where a man is huddled in a corner, and he finds a young boy dead in a bathtub (we see bloody underwear in a sink); the man in the corner repeats, "It was an accident" (it was apparently a sexual assault), and the man with the gun shoots him in the head and blood splatters. A man holds a gun on another man, while a third man shoots the gunman twice in the chest (we see blood on his shirt). A man shoots another man in the head. We see the bloody hands of a dead man tied with ropes, and his face is also very bloody; he is slumped back after having been shot in the head. Four people meet each other at a dark quarry, we hear gunfire, people run in fear, we see one man dead on the ground, a splash is heard and a woman jumps into the water to rescue a young girl who she thinks has fallen in (we see a sweater and a doll floating in the water); she is unable to find the young girl. Men in a bar threaten a man and a woman, and the man pulls a gun, strikes one man on the head with it, points it at the others, and along with the woman he backs out of the bar. A man with a gun forces a man and a woman to lift their shirts while he's checking for wires. A man driving a car nearly hits a boy on a bike, and the boy yells obscenities at the man. A girl is pulled away from the woman who's carrying her and they both resist. A police officer yells at a woman who confesses to stealing money. A man yells at a woman and she yells at him. A woman is verbally abusive to another woman in a few scenes and accuses her of being barren. We hear that a man was gunned down. A man tells a woman that his 12-year-old daughter was abducted and murdered. We hear that a man was killed. A man talks about someone keeping a child in a house in order to have sex with it. We hear news reports about a boy that's missing. We hear that most child abductions end with the child being murdered. We hear that a child has been abducted and the family pleads for her safe return. A man talks about someone being rolled up in a carpet and shot in the head. A man talks about having been in a bar fight and having been accused of attempted murder. A police officer talks about planting evidence on a man in order to get a conviction. We hear that a child stabbed another child in the chest at school. We hear that a woman left her daughter in a car on a hot summer day and that she literally roasted, although she did not die. A man talks about a woman bringing her young child into a bar on several occasions.

A man snorts cocaine, a man and a woman snort cocaine and a man smokes marijuana. Two men drink alcohol from a bottle, people drink alcohol in a few bar scenes and people drink beer in several scenes. A man smokes a cigarette and a man smokes a pipe. We hear that a woman is an alcoholic and that she has a cocaine and heroin habit, and a man says that a woman "does blow." Lots of drugs.

The violent scenes are very graphic in nature, and may be a bit shocking for the faint of heart.
