Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this new feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes .

Sex & Nudity

None really.

Very mild, "the kids will never get it" innuendo.

Edward and Robert each try to kiss Giselle to wake her up.

Robert walks in on Giselle getting out of the shower just as two pigeons cover her with a towel. She falls on top of him (in the towel) when he gets hit by a pigeon and knocked over. His girlfriend walks in on this.

Young girl telling princess not to use to much makeup, as the boys will think you're "that kind of girl, and thats all that boys are after." Neither girl knows what this means.

Nancy accuses Robert of having 'grown up girl bonding time' with Giselle. She refers to herself not spending the night at his apartment.

Giselle wears low cut dresses throughout the movie.

Giselle is surprised and distracted by Robert's hairy chest, visible through the top of his robe after he's showered. She rubs it with her fingers in wonder.

Violence & Gore

Some mild violence is present towards the end of the film, including a scene where a dragon's tail is cut and some blood is seen.

The prince brandishes his sword and occasionally stabs inanimate objects (a bus) or threatens people gallantly in his quest for Giselle.

Nathaniel threatens to harm a chipmunk (to cut his throat, to hit him with a broom, etc.). At one point he tries to fling the animal into a wood-fired pizza oven.

An animated troll threatens to eat animated Giselle and chases her up a tree (which she falls out of).

The witch pushes Giselle down a well. When Giselle emerges in Times Square in the middle of the street, she runs through traffic. A couple of cars nearly hit her and instead hit each other.

Giselle falls out of a tree, down a well, and off a billboard.

Narissa tells Nathaniel she wants to kill Giselle. Nathaniel makes repeated attempts to poison Giselle with apple products.

A poisoned apple burns through a cyclist's helmet (no flame, just sizzle.)

The dragon falls, in flames, off of a skyscraper to its death.

Profanity

None, except for some mild innuendo.

Edit: There is an instance in the movie when a character is riding a bus. About 2 seconds after the driver exits the bus, a man is briefly heard shouting, "Get the bus out of there!" It sounds like "Get the f*** out of there," but isn't.

Nathaniel offers Giselle a (poisoned) apple martini. Robert calls it poison, referring to a martini's potency.

Nathaniel slurs and sobs into a martini for having failed Narissa. Her image appears to him in the drink and yells at him.

Queen Narissa is a very evil character that could frighten younger children, especially in a scene where she transforms herself into a dragon.

The huge dragon grabs Robert, crashes through the windows and climbs the skyscraper roof. Giselle runs out to the roof in the storm and tries to defend Robert. The dragon eventually falls off the roof in flames. Robert dangles from the roof of the building and he and Giselle nearly fall off.

A huge animated troll breaks into Giselle's animated tree house and threatens to eat her, chasing her up a tree.
