What a great episode. Joey got suspended (which I find suck) letting Frankie being on his own and unavoidably only seeing as a bully to everyone, mostly Shawn and Cory (nice legs shown by their skirts by a way :'D ). Feeny is threatening him of getting suspended as well if he continues in that path and advise him to have new friends. Trying to pounding up again Shawn and Cory for ratting them and make Joey's suspended Cory out of solution offers himself and Shawn as his new best friends. Of course, he was to obvious that they will abuse of his position as a bully.
What was good on this one was to finally make Frankie letting out his suffer of always being used by everybody because of his look and see how deeply he needs to be liked, listened and accepted. We already saw how sensitive he really is ever since the 2nd season and I'm glad that a the end Shawn make an effort to lightning up that up to the kids afraid by Frankie and him and Cory sincerely offering theirs friendship. Touching episode.
