Here Anthony Tyler Quinn plays Calvin Laird, a home video exercise tycoon, who is very arrogant and thinks he can play his music full boar. It just happens Laird is the new neighbor of the Sloanes, and he is very contemptuous of Dr Sloan who politely asks he turn down the music.
I'm surprised that Steve Sloan didn't use the full force of the LAPD to persuade Laird to comply with law and order if you know what I mean.
