Walter is happy that he will no longer have to pay alimony but Maude is not happy when she sees the future bridegroom.
An OK episode. It starts with a funny scene of Maude annoyed with Mrs Naugatuck pestering her for a raise. Mrs N has a protest demonstration while playing bagpipes. Maude soon finds out Walter's ex Marta (Carole Cook) will be marrying Maude's rich uncle. There are some amusing lines as we find out Marta is marrying for money and the uncle is fine with that.
