Highly energetic and totally frenetic as usual, newly revamped with major cast additions and a whole new look to the opening montage. Sabrina is also more likable (I mean, in previous seasons she could be quite impatient with everybody, just like those CHARMED witches) and I'm much more positive towards the remaining three seasons. That is, until Caroline Rhea spoils it all just by appearing. Can anybody tell me how she got casted? What were they thinking? Was she blackmailing a producer? :) The show needed somebody like WAIT FOR IT, WAIT FOR IT, Lisa Kudrow, Phoebe from FRIENDS, somebody delightfully scatter-brained and zany. I know how impossible that would have been, but somebody like that, somebody the exact opposite of Caroline Rhea.
Soleil Moon Frye, a hippie name if I've ever heard one, is especially noteworthy, providing a great foil for Perky Sabrina. Not forgetting Elisa Donovan. Both those characters are sorely needed to provide future sparks creating viewer interest.
