There are several little pieces here. When a hooker is brought in for an appendectomy, all her associates show up and begin to do business in the hospital. Erleck gets invited to a cocktail party at the Daniels and allows his idiot quotient to reach a ten. Finally, the kid who barely survived a cruel beating, who lost a kidney, reveals a secret he has been keeping.
