Hooker and Romano come across what appears to be a robbery in progress. They go in and try to call for back up when their suspicions are confirmed, but some young punks steal their cruiser, hindering them from calling for back-up. During a blazing confrontation, Romano is hit and thus a cat and mouse play for survival is on, and later Hooker and the leader are trapped in the elevator with one of them with no ammunition.
A rather exciting and tense entry with some good action scenes, plenty of gunplay, suspense and an intense showdown between Hooker and the villain:
