It is Kitty and Red's 25th anniversary. Kelso wants to propose to Jackie. He then changes his mind but Fez already told it to Jackie. So Kelso proposes but Jackie says no. And they are both happy.
Well this looks like the last episode with Kelso. I know that Ashton Kutcher left sometime in the last season and this looked like that episode. While I wanted him to end up with Jackie I did really like how they proposal went. They were both happy and we all believed that this is the best for them.
The whole episode is pretty funny. This includes Bob wanting to eat chicken in his bed because there are all the sheets. And also what he was saying at the anniversary.
The last scene where they say good bye to Michael is also sweet and ends so well with a good Kelso burn.
