Veteran actor John McCliam plays an old, wise Visitor who is regarded highly and as a genius for technology and his invention was used for war. Albert Repilestein could be his name. He's "saved" by Mike and Ham who are doing their secret operations kind of thing, which is what this episode is, basically, without much on the inside.
