This episode had a good overall plot, but it constantly made me mad at how stupid the decisions were being made.
The locals were assaulting police officers but not being arrested for it, then they became 'worse and worse'.
It seemed obvious to me that if the officers just hit a few instigators a few times and didn't lock them up that the crowd may come back.
