ENTERTAINING AND WITH A TOUCH OF COMEDY
asalerno1024 May 2022
A laboratory cleaner accidentally discovers the formula for a powerful new explosive. He flees because he believes that the police are after him to pay for the damages caused by the destruction of the laboratory and he asks his ex-girlfriend for help. In reality he is persecuted but by two criminal organizations that want the details of said formula. The episode shows the misadventures of the clumsy and cute character trying to escape from his pursuers including Diana Prince. A chapter with a comedic tone that ends up being a nice adventure.

Writer had an off day?

One of the worst written episodes, and for this series, that is saying something.

It is kind of a rip-off of a Jerry Lewis movie, or perhaps the Three Stooges.

Which is puzzling, as she wrote many episodes of other series, which I have seen, and they were nothing like this episode.

Writing aside, this episode is most noted for the main guest stars, and a cameo by Joseph, Ruskin.

Warning: Spoilers
The Man who wouldn't tell- Now off course Gary Burghoff is Radar from MASH but did you also know he grew up with Lynda Carter's and was actually in her old band? Actually I find his character here pretty annoying and as a whole don't like this ep much. Kinda hard to believe he's some sort of womaniser, he just comes across as some kind of whiny jerk and the whole 'Marry you' bit is just nauseating. Phillip Michael Thomas show's the sort of suaveness that will bring him superstardom as Det Rico Tubbs in Miami Vice (what a shame that he never seems to have capitalized on his success afterwards). Aside from that really nothing much to recommend this ep. 4/10

The man who wouldn't tell

Alan Akroy 's cleaning job suddenly gets very dirty when he stumbles on a secret formula and becomes the target of rival chemical companies. So dangerous is Alan's discovery that Wonder Woman joins the hunt and finds herself dealing not only with ruthless 'businessmen', but also a most inept master of disguise ... And a ladykiller too!!

A fair episode that is diverting enough, it's more lighthearted with a nerdy janitor running from the villains. He can be a bit of an annoying character, but there's a smooth villain in Tubbs from Miami Vice, and WW kicking behind as usual. Not a great episode but passable.
