This is one unforgettable episode of the Pokémon series and not just of the Orange Islands season.
The Team Rocket trio now having to be put in charge by boss Giovanni of some blimp that he knows it's dangerous (perhaps inoperable) wanting to collect on its insurance policy and even he doesn't care how vulnerable he puts the three of them because of their constant failures. By some unfortunate coincidence, Ash and his group managed to win free ride on that blimp and it seems things are about to get worse. Even Ash had moment of fate when the creaking floor under him and he'd collapse, yet happened before finish that sentence.
Halfway through the episode with "Who's That Pokémon?" not only Togepi gone missing but also the blimp is heading into some thunderstorm which makes it more scary.
This episode has its funny moments even though not a fan of Jigglypuff yet with white table sheet over it acting like a ghost, not only scaring off Ash and his crew but also the Team Rocket trio which I find hilarious.
Kinda odd as it ends when they crash the blimp with no-one got hurt.
