As with most episodes penned by Flint Dille, there's a level of wry wit here that adds a +1 bonus regardless of how ridiculous Cobra's take-over-the-world-plan-of-the-day is; and it is ridiculous here. But watching the various Joes compete for a spot on the space team is fun and the outer-space action is a nice change of pace.
