In this episode the contestants have to work with the idea of envy and represent it in their design. Their outfits were also put out for a bid in an auction to see who will get the greatest bid. At the end the winner was Kara with her military themed dress and the one evicted was Mario for having a too simple result.
This was a pretty interesting theme. I really was out of any ideas when the concept of envy was suggested. So I am impressed with the creativity of contestants.
I must say I didn't predict the outcome. I kind of liked Mario's dress, I thought it was cute. I could see the judges not liking it for simplicity but I was surprised it ended up getting the lowest bid.
The designs I really liked were Jay McCarroll's and Robert Plotkin's.
I could feel for Wendy when she shared about it being her last chance while the younger ones still have so much ahead. Makes one want to root for her. Although so far she has not been my favorite
