In this episode, Little Pete has always had this special kind of luck which he believes comes from a penny that has two heads. Now all of the sudden the lucky penny appears to have lost its powers. Pete's luck is down and he has to think of a way to get his luck back.
He has been told that having a train run over a penny makes the penny lucky. So Pete, Monica, Nona and Wayne set out for the railroad tracks so that a train can run over the penny and bring back his luck. But after placing the penny, bus driver Stu tells him that it might derail the train causing a wreck. So the four set off again to remove the penny from the track. But this time that have Pit Stain, Pete's enemy, following.
The story just was not that interesting plus it appeared that the acting was suspicious in the show. There was actually a rough time when the kids start heading off to retrieve the penny that should have been re-shot by the director. But there was also some nice scenes, one that was funny was when Monica tells Nona what she thinks of her lucky underpants. But overall, this did not have the excitement or feel of other episodes. It was too long a journey with someone showing up at unbelievable right moments. A weaker offering that usual.
