Holidays play the key role in this episode, as the trio manipulate and blackmail one another. Eleanor wants to go away with Sarah, who wants to go away with Clare, who in turn wants to go away with a young group. Vera Polling naturally gets a holiday in Tuscany.
It's a very good series finale, with some fun moments. The best being when Eleanor lays the guilt trip on Sarah, attempting to emotionally blackmail her into going on holiday with her.
I'm slightly unsure as to why someone so level headed as Sarah would have a friend so flighty as Alison. Prunella Gee was fun however.
