Guided tour through a crucial location from the series

"24 Season 5: Logan's Retreat" is a pretty telling title as here you can read already exactly what you are about to watch, namely a little DVD add-on feature for the 5th season of the successful Kiefer Sutherland show 24. It is basically a guided tour through the retreat for a character named Logan and I thought this was a nice little idea, surely something different from what you get most of the time as DVD additions. Interviews talking about said location are pretty solid too and on the informative side, so pretty much everything was done right here. I myself (still) have not seen the show this is about because it's not really my genre, but you clearly don't need to in order to appreciate this little on-scene documentary. It runs for under 6 minutes and that includes credits already, so it really is a short watch without a doubt. Maybe I will one day check it out again to see it in context when I have seen season 5 of 24, maybe not. It's not a must see by any means, but a fairly creative take that may add further class and show us why this show was so well-received back and why the name Jack Bauer is even known to those who haven't watched it like myself and why it was brought back for another season not too long ago. So yeah, this little featuretette certainly gets a thumbs-up from me. Go see it.
