This consists of interviews with the cast and crew, all of whom have something compelling to add within their area of expertise(and there is a very clear love of what they're working on), clips from the movie, behind-the-scenes footage, and incomplete effects shots.

They talk about that since it is a fantasy film, literally everything has to be made. Designing a whole different world, that we've never seen before, and doing it from scratch. Atlantis was way more advanced than all the other countries were thousands of years ago. Getting the aesthetic correct. Putting oneself in the shoes of an Atlantean. The buildings under the sea are made from coral, and maybe they're grown, since they don't have wood, bricks and the like. There isn't one frame in the movie that isn't touched by visual effects in some way. Making it clear that they are underwater such as the hair moving.
I recommend this to any fan of the property. 8/10
