Bonkers, zany, crackers.

Lee and Lucy go on a mission to collect an inflatable Santa, but end up taking an unexpected detour.

A totally frustrating, crazy watch. You keep wondering how things can possibly get any worse for the determined, ambitious, but unlucky parents.

It's not without its highlights and slick lines, but it's relentless, it doesn't stop for a second, pure frustration and crazy fun from beginning to end. I wouldn't say it's vintage, but still a funny season watch.

I was reminded a bit of Click and collect from last year, mix in carry on Camping and the Blair Witch, and you have it.

Long may it continue. 7/10

Seen better days

Still got the odd chuckle out of me but format beginning to seem a bit dated and at times tiresome to watch despite it having enough moments to say I still enjoyed it at times just a little to cringe.

Driving Home for Christmas

I disagree with the previous reviewers, I thought this was a great episode.

Full of great moments and jokes, this was an awful lot of fun.

It's a funny episode, a tense episode and a cool adventure. Couldn't really ask for much more. The running gag with Geoffrey's costume was great but the best thing was the bickering between Lee and Lucy along with the many misadventures in the collection of the Santa. Frank as always brightens up the show.

It's quite observant how much more difficult we tend to find it without our phones and gadgets these days compared to how much easier it felt to get by without them before.

As far as specials go, this is one of the better ones and they'll have to write something quite special to beat this in future!

One of the top 3 IMO.

I have to type at least one hundred and fifty characters so I'll make this as long as I possibly can. Is this enough? No, it isn't. So I will continue to type. I'm getting sick of this now.

Christmas Special: Driving Home for Christmas

Lee and Lucy go out to collect an inflatable santa and end up getting robbed and stranded in the countryside.

Looking after the kids is Geoffrey and Wendy who are in fancy dress and expected them to return in an hour.

Trouble is with no phone and no money, Lee and Lucy hitch a lift from a truck driver and end up further away from home.

There is a lot that happens but somehow it lacked freshness. It reminded a little of Click & Collect that was shown in Christmas 2018. I did find myself chuckling several times.
