The Beatles’ songs from A to Z are a study of how the band changed the course of pop music. The songwriting, melodies, instrumentals, and recording technqiues established the band as among the most influential in music history. But for all their success, The Beatles remained active for a relatively short period of time.
In 10 years, The Beatles released 14 albums in what’s considered their core catalog. It includes just over 200 songs from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. Some are much more memorable than others, but every Beatles song from A to Z has its own story and interesting facts to keep listeners entertained even when the music stops.

At the close of a particularly fraught year for Hollywood screenwriters, Monday saw the release of the annual Black List – a ranking of the top unproduced scripts in show business.
Voted on by nearly 400 creative executives, this year’s favorite project that has yet to receive a greenlight is “Bad Boy” by Travis Braun, described simply as the tale of a rescue dog who suspects his loving new owner is a serial killer. C2 Motion Picture Group is financing the project and meeting with potential distribution partners imminently.
The list includes 76 titles and covers wide narrative ground. Kirill Baru and Eric Zimmerman’s “The Great Pretender” is the story of America’s sweetheart Tom Hanks getting kidnapped, and the doppelgänger who must step in to save him. Hunter Toro’s “Boy Falls From Sky” tells of an anxious playwright whose world is turned upside down by lies and bone-crushing accidents...

The Black List announced the top unproduced screenplays of the year on Monday, December 11.
The “most liked” scripts include 76 feature screenplays by 80 writers, selected by more than 375 film executives. In the 19th edition of the annual list, the topics range from a Tom Hanks meta satire to a time-traveling couple who try to fall out of love. The making of ill-fated Broadway production “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark,” a Patsy Cline biopic, and the true story behind the feud between Elia Kazan and Arthur Miller are also among the selected scripts.
After Todd Haynes helmed The Black List alum Samy Burch’s “May December” script, leading to multiple Golden Globe nominations, this year’s crop of best scripts is all the more essential following the writers strike.

Sean Combs, his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified man allegedly “gang raped” a 17-year-old girl inside Combs’ recording studio in Manhattan in 2003, after the high school student was trafficked across state lines and plied with “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol,” an explosive new lawsuit filed Wednesday alleges.
The new Jane Doe plaintiff — the fourth woman to accuse Combs of sexual assault in three weeks — alleges the men took turns raping her in a bathroom at Daddy’s House Recording Studio when she was in high school and Combs was 34 years old.

Former Bad Boy rapper Mark Curry, author of the 2009 Sean “Diddy” Combs expose, Dancing With The Devil, shared some of his Bad Boy recollections with the YouTube channel Art of Dialogue last week. His book, which accused Combs of being an exploitative businessman, slipped under the radar years ago. But now that it’s open season on Combs, who was hit with three lawsuits alleging rape, assault, and other mistreatment, Curry is making allegations that he left off the page.

Sam Bahadur & Animal Box Office Day 1 Set The Highest Cumulative Record To Be Broken By Dunki Vs Salaar!(Photo Credit –Instagram/Facebook/IMDb)
Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal have started the last month of this year at an all-time high. While Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s gangster drama has registered a box office collection of 65 crore (in all languages), and Meghna Gulzar’s war drama has registered 7.25 crore in India. Collectively, both films have registered a cumulative collection of 72.25 crore.
Interestingly, this number is still less than the highest grosser of the year – Jawan, which has claimed the top spot with 75 crore. However, Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, along with their films, have set a record that will be a difficult one to break. Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki and Prabhas’ Salaar are next in line to clash at the box office.

Sean Combs, the hip-hop mogul known as “Diddy,” has been sued for sexual assault by his former longtime partner Cassie, who accused him of repeatedly raping and physically abusing her for nearly a decade.
In a lawsuit filed in New York federal court on Thursday, Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura and was once under Diddy’s label, claims that she was “trapped by Mr. Combs in a cycle of abuse, violence and sex trafficking,” citing multiple incidents in which he allegedly “punched, beat, kicked and stomped” her. Diddy’s Bad Boy Records and Sony’s Epic Records were also named in the complaint.
The suit is the latest in a series of legal actions filed against prominent men in the music industry, including ex-Grammys CEO Neil Portnow and former Epic Records chief Antonio “L.A.” Reid, under the New York Adult Survivors Act, which revived the window to...

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued by his former girlfriend and label signee, the singer Cassie, for rape and years of repeated physical abuse.
The New York Times reports that Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, filed the suit in Federal District Court in Manhattan Thursday (November 16th). Ventura met Combs — fka Puff Daddy — in 2005 when she was 19, and signed with the record producer’s label, Bad Boy.
Bad Boy released Ventura’s debut album the following year. The suit claims that Combs then roped her into what would become a years-long cycle of controlling and abusive behavior, which included beating her, forcing her to take “copious amounts of drugs,” and filming her having sex with a cast of multiple male prostitutes — which he referred to as “freak-offs.” Because these staged acts of voyeurism occurred in multiple cities, the suit classifies it as sex trafficking.
