I saw this wonderful short film last night at the Modern Art Museum in Fort Worth Texas and i have to say the film was really and emotional film to watch since i can relate to it. I came over to the united states with my parents, sister and grandmother in 1980 at age seven and i know what its like to leave behind family, and childhood friends. The film is about and artist that goes back to his hometown and meets with wonderful, very talented artist like himself and recaptures Cuba by seeing some of the people he left behind as a child at age seven because of Castro's regime. Very touching film not only for fellow Cubans but for anyone that has ever had to go through this. The artwork by Cuban painters is amazing.
