  Olivia Taylor : It's true: his also responsible for the death of my brother

  Martin Collier : I thought your brother killed himself?

  Olivia Taylor : [Sternly]  he was murdered and Hodges was responsible: it's complicated and I don't have time to go into it. All you need to know is Hodges worked a deal: witness protection, my mother approved it, and his going free. Unless someone "intervenes"

  Martin Collier : Ok, can I give you a little advice?

  Olivia Taylor : What?

  Martin Collier : This is "big game", walk away

  Olivia Taylor : I can't do that

  Martin Collier : Once "this" happens, once "this goes through", you can never go back. You will live with it for the rest of your life

  Olivia Taylor : I don't need a lecture on conscience from you of all people

  Martin Collier : [Softly]  oh

  Olivia Taylor : [Sternly]  I "have" thought this through, what I can't live with is that monster getting away with this. He has to pay for what he did

  Martin Collier : So, where's Hodges now?

  Olivia Taylor : In FBI custody: downtown Bureau. Deal's been signed, his being released into witness protection within the hour. Here's itinerary, when he walks out that door, we lose him. His going to disappear forever, this has got to happen fast

  Martin Collier : [Walks towards her to take the itinerary]  alright. I'll make a call, I'll get you contact information, a price, and instructions on how to transfer the funds

  Olivia Taylor : Thank you

  Martin Collier : [Before leaving]  you'll hear from me soon

• Olivia Taylor : [Whispering, over the phone]  Hodges is dead

  Olivia Taylor : Ok, calm down, we shouldn't be talking over the phone

  Olivia Taylor : You don't understand: there's been a terrible mistake. I spoke to the man whose number you gave me but I didn't go through with it, I couldn't, didn't you get my message?

  Martin Collier : I said calm down

  Olivia Taylor : I can't Hodges is dead, I'm responsible

  Martin Collier : We cannot have this conversation over the phone, do you understand?

  Olivia Taylor : Do you realize what's going to happen to me if this gets out?

  Martin Collier : You need to stop talking now. Do you hear me? Take a deep breath or I will hang up ok?

  Olivia Taylor : Ok, alright, I'm listening

  Martin Collier : Ok, can you get to Pershing Park?

  Olivia Taylor : Not right now, I'm meeting with my mother

  Martin Collier : Fine, I'll wait: get there as fast as you can. We'll talk about this face to face ok?
