Boyd and the team are convinced that the probation officer's death was murder, not suicide. An orchid loving seasoned criminal may hold the key.
Excellent, a thoroughly enjoyable season finale. Boyd's anger management seemed to be going well, until he catches up with a suspect.
The dynamic between Boyd and Spencer was really interesting here, almost like a power grab. A terrific Frankie story.
The shots of the past are really effective, and look totally authentic. I thought the music used was absolutely terrific.
I thought Nigel Terry was terrific once again, what a complex character he was, even during the interview Boyd is baffled and perplexed by him, as opposed to ranting and raving, he's listening.
T. P. McKenna was such a good actor, and this character is as creepy as anything.
Excellent, 9/10.
