- A Woman is stabbed in the eye with a pencil.
- A woman gets pulled off a ladder to a climbing frame and gets their leg caught, making it snap violently.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Although the film is very bloody, the film relies on suspense mostly. Lots of tense scenes with unbearable build ups to gory moments.
- The movie deals with people getting sick and physically "being sick". People who are afraid or can't handle that maybe frightened/grossed out by it.
- Some chase scenes; lots of screaming and people in distress. Children suddenly turning psycho and killing their parents.
- Lots of bloody violence towards the adults, and towards the children themselves. Rather disturbing.
