Warning: Spoilers
The biggest, well like one other show did, maybe more. MAJOR SPOILERS SO DO NOT READ IF DO NOT WANT TO KNOW....

Showed as a nov 7th, and JIM dies in this one. Then "jumps" into another body some epis later. To then "forget" for several epis who he was/is. Then "suddenly remembers", we find out Melinda is pregnant, top with it is suppose to be JIMS ?

Ok this all would be good and fine as a wonderful thing for when Jim was alive in his own body, but then they go and put this into an unreasonable time for pregnancy. Conception right on the day of nov 7 would be latest, end of aug, but nope, have the b day as end of sept, so who is the father of this baby? Cant be sam s unless she somehow without him knowing, so who is the father...

A Major Episode
juanruiz-656796 September 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This episode serves to resolve many of the mysteries introduced in previous one, especially the warning of the Watcher.

Its title, as with others in the series, has more than meets the eye, as those friends and enemies only become clear at the very end.

The episode itself completely changes the trajectory of the whole series, not always successfully. But it is well written and well acted, with an ending viewers won't forget.

And the award for best female actress for TV drama back in 2008 goes to:

Warning: Spoilers
"WARNING SPOILERS" Like I said in my review for the entire series, some people were born to play specific roles (Or maybe I said that in a YouTube clip for whatever scene in Ghost Whisperer.) Anyhow... Jennifer Love Hewitt was MOST definitely born to play the role of, "Melinda Gordon." The final episodes for seasons 1 & 2 are well done, & certainly better than the other final episodes of seasons 3,4, & 5. But Jennifer's performance in the scene when Jim dies & he's talking to her & she didn't realize at 1st he was dead, then she does, it's such a beautiful incredible moving scene. She makes the viewers actually feel Melinda's pain & not many actors can truly do that. Another example is Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There are many many scenes in that show when Sarah brings Buffy's pain to life of the viewer, & it doesn't matter how many times you've seen it, you always feel it everytime. For example the series finale, last scene, she connects her hand with Spikes on fire hand & endures the pain & she FINALLY tells him she loves him. It feels so genuine. So you see, some people are born to play specific roles.

This is the episode that marked the series going downhill.

Warning: Spoilers
Jim dies in this one, thereby fulfilling the 5 -shadow prophecy from the last episode of season 3. The acting is on point, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, David Conrad, and the rest of the cast really bring it.

But, Jim dying, while giving JLH and DC a lot of heartfelt scenes, irreversably fractures their relationship and hands the viewers a big poop sandwich. In later episodes, when Jim jumps into the body of a motorcycle crash victim, it's all wrong. Sam Lucas isn't nearly as attractive, there is not enough questioning by others as to how Melinda can be attracted to this guy so soon (not everyone knows all the things ghosts can do like Mel does), and when she ends up marrying him (with Jim's spirit inside), he becomes a doctor like Jim originally wanted to, and his hospital badge in later episodes even shows a picture of Jim and not Sam! How's that for ghost magic?!

And, even though we don't learn a whole lot about the character of the original Sam Lucas, how fair was it to take over his life and basically give the middle finger to HIS family?

Jim and Melinda were one of the great tv couples, and to fracture that for story was just wrong.
