I was doing just fine until Schneider gave his "please always remember" line for the last time with tears in his eyes I was done after that haha .. Barbara doing the "I made the team " thing again and Ann having the flashback as she takes one last look at the empty apartment. Beautiful way to end a great show.

After 9 seasons the show got stale. It wasn't funny anymore. It was at annoying and mildly amusing. This episode wrapped up all the loose ends in a nice little bowtie. Bonnie Franklin made the right decision to end the show after 9 seasons. Besides her and the girls and Harrington were multimillionaires from the impending residual payments from the reruns.
