Another mediocre episode. The characters are so protected from any real danger at this point its hard to buy into any sort of drama. Scott decides to give up Hooch but we all know he's going to reunite with his dog. A missed opportunity to go further and maybe even turn things on their head. What if Hooch got shot for example and Scott feared for his partner's life but he pulled through. Some events like this could have made for a more solid episode and show.
