Dear me, Gilroy is played by an English actor so why on earth does he have to put on such an absolutely ridiculous cut-glass English accent?

I know we are supposed to hate Lynch. I know they wrote him to be horrible. However, there is NO reason whatsoever to use the r-word. It is demeaning to people with special needs. I stopped watching this episode less than half way through. Writers need to learn that the word is as offensive as racial slurs are.
