If you only watch one of the entire series, watch this one and maybe watch it twice. It's so worth it. The other episodes were just, hmmmmmmmmmmm, not sure what the words are but this one took the CAKE!!

Meera Syal gives a sublime performance as a woman who feels disaffected in marriage, hence returns her husband to the store. A beautifully crafted story with a clarion-clear central message that resonates universally. At times hilarious, at times tragic, it is amazing how much has been packed into half-an-hour.
The ending is delightfully charming, despite it being evident at the outset.

Meera Syal and the supporting cast make a great entertaining show of Cecilia Ahern's story. A great guest appearance by Kenny from My Name is Earl as the store clerk.
The story is thoughtful but so humourous with the narrative moving along briskly.
