Not the best episode unfortunately
mrcjoker23 February 2022
Sadly, this could have been the best episode as it had the most story developments. Unfortunately ken jeong, kind of ruined every scene except for the first one at Terry's desk. He laughed way too much, practically breaking most scenes. It sucks, because he's amazing in everything i have seen with him in it. Overall, this show is an amazing idea and I hope they continue it. It's dumb and it knows it. That's what makes it great.

Love Ken Jeong...

Butttt he just did not do well in this episode, it's like he wasn't taking it seriously at all. I know it's supposed to be fun and all the guest detectives broke, but he just didn't seem to try at all, really disappointing. Arenett was great as always, and overall the episode wasn't bad, had some great other guests to keep it funny, just don't expect a full effort from Jeong.

Nice ending, not as funny as the previous episodes.

The ending was cool and it's a nice way to connect everything, but the episode wasn't as funny as the other 5 episodes. I think another season might be fun but overall this show was decent.

Ken Jeong lost my respect

I really enjoyed this sceries, Arnett was brilliant and so was the rest of the cast in terms of staying in character no matter what the guest stars did. However Ken, who I expected to be best suited for this role, almost ruined the episode by laughing and breaking character 90% of the time. He took it way too lightly and I think it was an insult to the other actors and whole crew in general.

Ken can't stop laughing
mycannonball2 March 2022
I expected Ken to be great at improv, but in fact, it's the opposite. He can't stay in character and he laughs the whole time. That said, the staged scenarios in this scene were quite funny, and while it totally breaks the 4th wall again and again that Ken laughs non-stop, at times that was actually quite funny and charming in a different kind of way that the actor found the scenarios so hilarious.

Not the worst
grahameawilliams27 April 2022
Not the best but not the worst episode. Ken at least enjoyed himself but sadly doesn't improv and allow Will to play off him. Some better choices in picking co stars could take this show from average to good or better. The concept is excellent. Will is great but next time...if there is....choose wisely re co stars.

What If We Wanted a Round Trip Ticket?

Murderville S1 E6 "The Cold Case"

My wife refers to this as "train wreck humor". This is the kind of comedy where you laugh and shake your head at the same time.

8-stars. Everything starts with an 8-star rating.

That murder board looks to be quite the mess, Senior Detective Terry Seattle.

"Why were you just hugging Daz? Did you plant drugs on him"?

Spoiler plot hole.

No! Not the earpiece. It never works.

This was the weakest episode by far. Poorly written. The characters were underdeveloped and Ken's constant giggling was extremely distracting.

6-stars.

But on the bright side we picked the murderer! Yay! We are 4 for 5.
