This was the first episode of the Pokémon anime banned in literally seasons, but once again, you can find it on the Internet. It's really surprising they did this because the episode seems completely harmless. It's because it featured Jynx who was accused of being a black stereotype, particularly a reference to blackface. Jynx was changed to being purple in the games and subsequent appearances just because of this one little complaint. Unlike a lot of other banned episodes, this wasn't really one of the best. It references another Nurse Joy from the Orange League arc.
Whereas that Nurse Joy was very independent and of her own design, this Nurse Joy didn't seem all that unique. The episode itself is still decent, if only because of Team Rocket. Those guys are pretty much double edged swords. On one hand, it's great to have such amusing characters appear all the time. On the other, they do make the series formulaic. I guess for the most part it's good for an episode, even if it's in no way significant. Well, apart from being banned of course. ***
