Well, at least we had a semi-serious moment on the show as Ellen and Rachel appear to be broken up for now. It is rare that couples like this on TV don't work out, so I am not convinced it is over just yet.
The Every Morning parody song did kind of get me, but overall this was yet another weak episode of a show that has really lost its voice in the back half of season two.
I do not know what the answer is to get How I Met Your Father back on track, or if this is just what it is going to be moving forward, but I can't wait for the season to be over and maybe post-strike the writer's room can regroup a bit.
