This show is truly touching and amazing in every way. The plot is cliché, yes, but the elements they had in this drama had me teary eyed the whole time. The soundtrack is amazing, and definitely gets the emotion across, similar to other dramas, but in its own unique sense.

I recommend this for anyone looking for a heartwarming, touching story with a broken family or if you know someone who is suffering like Wakkun. His determination and love for his father, all to get through his leukemia is a great story you won't want to miss.

The father appears initially as a cold and uncaring parental figure for his son after his wife leaves him. He is a workaholic who thinks this is the only way he can help his family. Waku's disease helps him realize the true meaning of what being a family means, and to finally learn how to accept the love from his son, who also wants him to understand and be able to cry and express his feelings.

This drama has done something that others were unable to -- it touched me, and I would gladly watch it a thousand times over in a single sitting. If that doesn't convince you, then good luck.
