Good start

Warning: Spoilers
After a mediocre season 4, I feel that the series is back on the right path. Cutscenes on track are great (especially the Leclerc-Verstappen battle). I feel that the emphasis on Haas was not overboard on this one, as they matched it nicely with Guenther and Mattia's friendship and their shared success on the first race of the season.

It would still be nice if certain technical aspects are explained. I know that the series is for casuals, but a few details here and there are needed sometimes. Also, the change of regulations for 2022 were not expanded. All we are let to know is that the budgets have been reduced and that we will have a more even playing field.

Looking forward to this season.

incredible energetic start

Warning: Spoilers
The first part is focused on the relationship between Hass and Ferrari It is really wonderful to see the relationship between Binoto and Günther What are the friends like and how do they support each other in this motorsport But to not only talk about Hass and Ferrari, Max Verstappen is back in the chair with other 19 drivers Which is surprising 😳 This episode also showed at the beginning of the season how it was with the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the replacement of Mazepin and the deployment of Magnusen as a driver and how was the team in the beginning This episode has a great energy that pushes you every minute and keeps you watching I can't see anything wrong with this episode Than for me 10/10.

DTS follows the same old way of breathlessness, fast cuts, shallowness and needless sensationalism
christophmuziol24 February 2023
It was nice and interesting to learn about the long-term friendship between Steiner and Binotto, especially seeing them drive around together amidst beautiful Italian vinyards in that cute Cinquecento.

Otherwise, the new season of DTS seems to follow their same old same old way of breathlessness, confusingly fast cuts, shallowness and needless sensationalism.

Also, it is hard to understand why DTS just cannot seem to find a more competent motor sport journalist / commentator than Will Buxton, who just keeps on spouting inane banalities, wide-eyed like he is sharing some great insights ... lol.

6/10.

Soooo pro RedBull

Worst season review so far

it so RedBull PR it is annoying

Nothing about the Cheko and Verstapen different Nothing about verstapen not giving the position back About the caterer budget not included in RedBull budget, 400000$ is probably something like 4 personnes working full time, so, it could makes a difference :)

All about how Verstapen is good

Kind of annoying.

Reason why I still give a positive review is a nice season 2022 recap I still enjoyed it :)

Would love if they included a side by side pilote analysis from the teams. They say Verstapen is better than Perez, but where? (Too me Perez was always the guy sent with the mission to block others and protect max)

Please remove Mr. Buxton and his boring phrases
peterlov28 February 2023
Hearing 5 seasons of Mr. Buxton banal phrases is extremely annoying. Don't know who is interested for the same obvious quotes like yeah the Qualifying is so important you want to be 1st blah blah blah. Someone in Netflix should watch this series and decide to remove this useless parts. Hard to hear that every episode. First season was quite watchable but it is just losing quality. Same repetitive phrases again and again. You can predict what are they going to say almost. The production team can't extract material from amazing years in Fromula 1 where there was a lot of drama and they just build unreal drama what is completely unnecessary.
