Eerie Warning: Spoilers
An obscure short by Hiroshi Harada, the same director of the infamous Midori: Shoujo Tsubaki (Also known as "Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show"), often considered one of the most disturbing Japanese animations ever made due its explicit content, horrifying imagery and intense psychological cruelty.

Now, while this short is nowhere as explicit as Midori, it still has its fair share of sordid elements and eerie imagery. In fact, the whole short feels like some sort of weird, confusing nightmare.

The animation here is minimal, mostly consisting of static frames with added effects, though I must say those limitations add to its creepiness factor.

The very little I could understand from the plot has a pretty bleak, cynical vibe, similar to Midori: After a grotesque boil grows in on a woman's face, she starts to be abused and ostracized, with a weird-looking kid as the only person that treats her with kindness.

The disfigured woman then is forced to prostitution to survive, and the strange kid is horrified by this, wishing to kill those who abuse her.

And that's it. The ending is pretty abrupt, giving a certain feel of an incomplete story. I found it interesting, but is definitely not for everyone, particularly those viewers bothered by creepy imagery and flashing lights. (That short uses a lot of the latter for dramatic effect)
