I'm guessing most of the ratings for this are fake. There's no way anyone in their right mind would rate this anything over a 5 at best. This show tries to portray Bronson Pinchot as an old home renovator, but it fails horribly. I'm 3 episodes in, and I've yet to see him do a single thing except order everyone around and start every sentence with "I want ...".
I've watched tons of renovation shows in my life, starting with "This Old House" as a kid. Shows like that are the reason I've done all my own renovations at the 2 homes I've owned, and the reason why it seems like I have every tool known to man. But this show is seriously an embarrassment to renovation shows. I'm guessing it was a mercy killing when it was cancelled after 2 seasons.
Do yourself a favor, and avoid this show like the plague. You're not missing a thing. Unless of course you're looking to laugh at just how bad these renovations are. You definitely won't be laughing at the lame attempts at jokes.
