The duo DJ Propellerheads had a relatively interesting success in the 1990's - which includes that famous fast beat theme that played on "The Matrix". But at
the same time, they made this awesome rhythmic track named "History Repeating" that had Miss Shirley Bassey singing it in all of her glory. The music is amazing in all
ways and most people associate it with "There's Something About Mary". It's a groovy shock to the senses and very addictive. However, to make it all more appealing
there is this classy black-and-white which seems to recreate 1960's BBC musical programs.
It kicks off with a classy host named Roger Humphries (I wonder who's that actor since there is no such guy named Roger), who makes a brief presentation about the experience we're about to hear and then magic starts happening with the forementioned artists who are followed by a horn group. It's glamorous and filled with style, and everything goes according to an old fashioned program scheme except when some folks who work on the show start break-dancing in awesome moves - which fits the song but doesn't the era depicted. This crazed mystery of genres and styles makes the video a spectacle to be seen and experienced. Trust me, it's that great. A very talented group and it's wonder why they made just one album, quite a tragedy but hey at least they made one and that's important.
Fans of the group or not, or just fans of the musical style, you will be positively delighted with this magnificent and wild experience. It gets a perfect score from me. 10/10.
