This Episode begins with Owen, he gives his staff some instructions before they begin their workday. It is Arizona her first workday after the plane crash. April thinks that she is pregnant. Owen approved another airline before the plane crashed. Arizona performs a surgery, Alex is assisting her. Arizona fell in the OR, Alex is helping her to stand up. Jackson wants to have a kid with April, he also wants to marry with her. The pregnancy test shows that April isn't pregnant. Meredith is pregnant. Meredith tells Derek that she is pregnant. Owen wants to divorce with Cristina. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, such a sweet Episode. Finally Meredith is pregnant, she will get a baby and Zola will get a brother or sister!
