The show is able to present real challenges and startup founders can actually learn a lot about the areas to focus on. If one focuses on each episode then it will be very easy to understand how to plan for critics, how to handle masses, how to make plans for collaborations, how to be sure that you have a network, how to deal with issues within the founders, and handling time and energy in general. And the most important one learns is what not to say while talking to investors / managers etc.
Overall I loved it and I can certainly say that it is much better than Shark Tank in terms of learning. Shark tank is more fun show with most of the things hidden due to short time frame.
