I went to the premier for "A Life for A Life" in NY at The Manhattan Film Festival. This film deserves an award. From start to end this film was captivating, great acting, excellent direction, beautiful cinematography, and it was well produced. The message is well portrayed and the cause is real. These are the type of stories which need to be told. 2 Thumbs up. I love how NY is shown in this film. I would recommend this film to programs at schools since it deals with gun control. The film touches upon revenge, forgiveness, and it connects with humanity. I wish the film was longer, I hope the film makers end up making a full feature.
