I'm re watching this show so many years later. The pilot still holds up to this day. Easily one of the funniest shows on tv.

Pretty similar to the first episode.

As the title says, the unaired pilot and the first episode of the series are very similar to each other, with the only difference being that there are some extra scenes that got cut from the first episode (other notable differences are the background music and the voice actress for Liane, Wendy and Crabtree). I recommend watching this for the extra content.

An unaired early version of the first South Park episode.
Among the most notorious differences between this and the aired episode, is the completely different intro sequence (With a slower, more monotone sounding version of the regular intro), and a very brief scene where two deleted characters appear: Cartman's father and sister.
While this version has its fair share of laughs, I must say I prefer the final cut, which has a much funnier conclusion with the cows using the alien mind control device on Officer Barbrady.
Kenny coming back to life at the end of the episode was a nice touch, however.
