"Scream" is back once more this week with "Hello, Emma" an episode that truly consolidate what the series wants to be. "Scream" takes the roots of the saga of original movies but implanted it with a refreshing touch of youth accompanied for good performances and a coherent development form nearly perfect experience. The series is forging its identity, however deviates from being a great proposal legitimate. When we study the pilot episode, we could know the potential and strength that would have series, and it is evident that increasingly evolves more, this is evidenced with the insidious and pleasant "Hello Emma".
The second episode has what can't the first, this second experience is constituted by three major and grisly facts: the first event (and more fun) was the small introduction of Noah about murderers and messages that his friends receive, then it is followed by the striking sequence opening where Rachel suffers from an absurdly by the published video and last but not least horrifying it was exciting and telephone call from killer to Emma in the middle of the street, being this scene one of the series logos.
Previously most of the public had designated that the least interesting aspect of the show were its characters, they were not novel and only met with the prototypes. In my personal opinion the series is perfectly suited in terms of characters, having each their dynamic load that altogether they form an excellent production which leads to a great result.
The new guest to cast was Piper Shaw (Amelia Rose Blaire - True Blood) which was very short-duration, however in that short time we identified that I was a journalist and was there to investigate what happened in Lakewood days ago, she was very normal, until then...
This episode focused on projecting several tributes to the original films, among which it is, when Emma goes into the bathroom and heard some girls talking about her ( "Scream " ) or at the time of the call ( " Scre4m " ) , obviously it did not have the same nature of the original .
"Scream " closes its second episode in a good way , with a much better atmosphere to its previous chapter but still missing something to make it interesting the series, maybe surprise us next week or maybe not, MTV's "Scream TV series " has too much energy and the sealed story so far suggests that there're more content to see.
