The show opens with Degeneration X coming out and cutting a promo. The first match is Thrasher versus Henry Godwinn. We see Mankind in the bowels of the building. There are skits throughout the show of the New Age Outlaws looking for Mankind. We see an unaired skit from last week with Steve Austin confronting Santa Claus. The Undertaker takes on the Rock. Marc Mero faces Scott Taylor. Kurgan takes on 8-Ball. D-Lo Brown faces Ken Shamrock. Goldust reads from A Visit From Saint Nicholas. The main event is Shawn Michaels defending the European Championship against Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Pretty good episode.
